I think both have there own value. But according to technology, the cloud is better option for future. Cloud is new in market and has more scope. Whereas, CSE is also in parallel to cloud in scope. So, you can go with any of them. But according to me you should go with cloud.

Overall it's a good place to learn and expose for a better tomorrow. At the last word I would add as you are going to be a part of India's top 10 central university. The university have their own entrance exam which is almost similar to other examination pattern. It includes general awareness, mathematics and computer science.
