The hostel fees in total is 4600 INR.

Out of which 2000 INR is Caution Deposit which is refundable.

1000 INR is admission fees

500 INR per semester for electricity

500 INR for room rental

500 INR for  service maintanence each semester

100 INR more as miscellaneous expenses.

*The sc/st are exempted from room rental charges.

Frankly speaking if we follow the last few years trend, then the answer is a clear no. And since the cutoffs will increase thisyear since there has been an increase in demand for IITs and NITs I don’t think it will be possible for you to take admission in either of these good colleges.

But you can expect a lower branch in GFTI'S

Results from the NEET test are used to determine admission for all BVSc seats. The BVSc cutoff varies from institution to college and is also influenced by things like the number of applications, the level of exam difficulty, and the number of seats available. It could be difficult to get a place in a government institution for BVSc with a NEET score of 366 and a rank of 285484. You could still be able to enroll at private universities, though. Minimum 40 % is required in case of SC in most of the law colleges. 

You can pursue some Diploma courses like Diploma in labour law or can pursue any law course on basis of your 12th marks or improve your marks through another distance graduation.

You can apply for B-Category seats in colleges like CBIT, VNR, VASAVI… but these seats are only based on your Jee Mains crl. And other way is through Management, that is, buying of seat in a college.

It is necessary that each aspirant fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements.
