Well giving any information about the salaries expected is rare possibility as different organizations have different positions and different profile requirements to fill in these vacancies.

All the good and top ranked universities in USA and UK, requires minimum work experience of at least 2-3 years at managerial or assistant managerial level.
So if you want to do MBA from good and top ranked university, it would be advisable to work for some years gain relevant work knowledge and then apply for admission in MBA course.
Once you start working you would also come to know which is your area of interest, and in which field you want your career to be, and this will help you to decide your specialization in MBA.
