Please remember in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.
However please remember since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.
Average tuition fees to pursue studies from universities in Germany is around 1500-2000 Euro per semester, and average living expenses are about 10,000 Euro per year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
Regarding preparation of these tests, would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS.
