Hello,
If you have performed well in your MBA semesters and gave good GDPI, low score in UG should not impact a lot. Score in UG is more relevant in eligibility criteria to appear for MBA entrance exams.

Nope, it shouldn't. Although, some companies have criteria of 60% throughout and no ATKT. So, you can skip those companies and apply for the rest.
