It is difficult to spell out a college name randomly. Admission decisions are made by the college and it is not upto us. Every college has its own acceptance rate and selection criteria. Your percentage is very low for a Canadian institute. You can check colleges such as Humber, Durham, etc., but I don't see any bright chances. I will recommend you to prefer other country options such as in Europe or even Australia.

The registrations for NMAT exam have already begun (on July 4) and would continue till October 3rd. XAT exam is usually conducted in January, so the registrations would begin from November end or December first week.

The Placements in Dy Patil College Of Engineering For BE in Civil Engineering is satisfactory, with most of the student got hired by many Companies such as Ambuja Cement,etc. with a minimum of 4.5LPA. And the highest package offered was of 8.75 LPA in DY Patil in Campus Placement. So if you want to take admission, you can take here, it will assure you a Job in Civil Engineers Sector. As the percentage of Civil Engineering in DY Patil is about 65% of Placement in Civil Engineering Branch.

Admission requirements differ from university to university. If you meet the requirements and have a good profile you will secure a place. Majority of the universities will require GMAT or GRE and/or work experience.
