HI.
i know its very critical situation after bachelors whether to opt for masters or job.
1st analyze yourself what exactly you want to do. ?
if you are financially sound you should go for masters,
some college provide lectureship offer to masters student in the same college where you are pursuing masters, usually it happens in private colleges and universities.
"SO THINK TWICE"
2 nd if you dont want your parents to spent on you, then you should go for job, if you are getting good offers in your hand, side by side you can do your masters also in regular mode by your institutes/employers permission.
all the best PRAVEEN.

Yes you may surely get a job in Canada provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria for a particular job.
Please not that for a fresher it is very difficult to get job abroad so as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years in India after completing your B.tech and then look fro jobs abroad.
Please remember in order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this are newspaper and various job portals like naukri.com and naukrigulf.com.
