Hi.Sravya. Going for M.tech is a good option.but the competition for a job is same at both levels. For any entry level job, the basic qualification required is B.tech only. but to face the competition in the real world, your resume should have sometheing special like additional skills relating to the field of Engg. If your financial position is good, then go for M.tech write GATE examination 2014, it may be useful for PSUs to hire.otherwise, Be strong in basics of your branch and do any relevant course which will help u in getting a job.
