Hello Mihir,
There are certificate courses, diploma courses, degree courses & PG courses. Each has it's own set of eligibilities. For PG, one must have degree in relevant subject. For degree, one must have done 12th in relevant subject. You are querying about a certificate programme offered by a private Institute & perhaps confusing it with MSc . You can do certificate course after 12th but for pursuing MSc or PG you have to have degree.

Minimum eligibility for the Undergraduate course in this field is 10+2 with 50% marks and for Post Graduate courses graduation. In the prominent institutes, admission is strictly on merit- through written test, situation test, group discussion and interview. These courses are aimed at understanding concepts related to costume, jewellery, leather goods and many other similar products where fashion matters.
So if you have not appeared for any entrance exam then look for private institutes at your location.

Hello Maddali,
Passing of 12th is the most poignant moment in one's life. You are at junction. Which road to take? I suggest, you take pause, ask yourself as to what is your passion? What are your likes and dislikes? If you start on the path of passion, you will not even feel hard work. If you work hard enough in any work, you are bound to succeed. So follow passion.
