Hi, placements are based on what kind of placement tie ups your college has with the corporate entities.Your score in class 10th,12th and graduation aren't quite relevant if you have already made it to an MBA institute. Most colleges and corporate companies keep 50% as basic criteria for selection of candidates as only candidates who achieve the same threshold will make it through the qualifying rounds for a successful admission in a B - School.

After completing BE, you have a lot of opportunities like me. MBA and many other than engineering course. But according to my point of view, ME and MBA are the best options after completing BE. I do not think you will be permitted to do so, as a lateral entry from a distance course to a regular course is not allowed, and moreover, I don't think it is even legal to do so. However, you can check with the admissions department of your institute if it is permitted.

Eligibility Criteria for Graduate Course (Bachelor of Architecture-B.Arch) are:
Most of the Architecture colleges in India offer education in Architecture at undergraduate level and students with mathematics at +2 level are preferred. Duration of the graduate course is 5 years.
1.Minimum 50% marks (45% aggregate for Reserved category) in 10+2 Examination or equivalent with Mathematics as subjects, or
2) 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/ State Governments with 50% Aggregate marks, or
3) International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with mathematics as compulsor

You could request the authorities in your college to let you appear for your exam. As there was a medical issue involved, they could consider the circumstances and let you appear for the exam, so that you can be allowed admission into the 5th semester.

Crimea is a good university. It was earlier a part of Ukriane and post war last year it is now in Russia. Though the region is sensitive and I would advise you to choose some other government medical university in Russia from safety point of view. You can opt for Kazan State Medical University, Kursk State Medical University, and many more.
Admissions are about to close at most universities for this September intake. So you need to speed up your application.
