Dear GS Reddy,
I would suggest you to do a part time or executive MBA from India only.since you are in a Govt job its not a good move to leave a job at this point of time you could have do that after finishing MSc now its been a 10yrs almost so its better not to go UK/ Singapore rest is your wish .also if you are good in academics and targeting some top universities then clear GMAT and go in INSEAD Singapore, NTU or LBS, Oxford, Cambridge etc else not.
