First you need to pass preliminary exam then do Mains.
It all together takes one year with the exam to the interview.
If you are serious start preparing now and it will be fruitful for you in the future.

Well as far I would know about this, there aren't Universities offering Doctorate & Research in drama as the specialized field. Yet you may refer to the following link consisting of the list of Universities offering PhD courses:
