Hi Nirmal,
The minimum educational eligibility conditions for doing a PhD program in Germany is a Master's degree in the subject area. However, in some exceptional cases with outstanding academic results, students may be permitted to take up a PhD program with a Bachelor's honor degree. This depends on the subject, the university, the department and sometimes on the individual academician's views. Student aspirants, who would like to pursue a PhD program in Germany's higher Institutions, are advised to check for the entire admission details and the financial supports, from the respective Universities or Institutes.
Hope this helps!

Hi Shalini, the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test is a test which will help you teach anywhere in India, i am sure you are aware of all the benefits through this. Instead of worrying about weather you are eligible or not i suggest you enroll for any distance education program form Annamalai University or any other university and then take up the NET exam. with respect to the knowledge and skills required i am sure your MBA has given you all that. Please go through the eligibility criteria of the NET exam and see if any other short term course will help you take the exam. Wishing you the best of luck!!
