To study in Canada you need to give either TOEIC / TOFEL / IELTS or you can go for GMAT. And the expense for study it totally depends on you. Where u want to study, what grade of university are u looking for etc etc

Hi Dear,
In germany all Masters degree is for 2 year duration . For admission to Masters degree, you need to fill application form of the concern university(Form can be down loaded from University website),along with that you need to submit all academics, 2 Recommendation letters from teacher/lecturer(lor) & Statement of Purpose(SOP) & need to submit it to International office of concern University.You also need to give GRE test as universities in Germany ask you for the GRE score.
You can try MS in Mechanical in these German universities :-

B.Tech is 4 yrs program ( 2 semisters per yr x 4 yr = 8 semisters)
And after doing polytechnic 3 yr course you are eligible for lateral entry that is directly admission to 2nd yr ( 2 semisters per yr x 3 yrs = 6 semisters)

IIT Mumbai offers PHD programs in Design and Animation field. Check out following link:-http://www.idc.iitb.ac.in/academics/phd.html
There are several institutes offering programs in Graphics and Multimedia. Check out sites like shiksha, tinyurl, studyplaces to know details in your area.
You may do your best to join any good program in Multimedia, if you are creative. However, if you have better logical aptitude, then opt for software development courses

You are confused with the two degrees MBA and MCA.
MBA is a management course and MCA is a software course which is helpful in programming.
Management of your team is in MBA
MCA is developing goods for a particular product.

Yes you can do MCA after B.Com.
The only necessary requirement is that you should have Maths.
There is also an entrance exam for MCA.

Java is better
It depends on what field you are in. If you understand Object Oriented Programming then moving between Java and .Net is mostly syntactical. I wouldn't rule either one of them out.
Try to maintain knowledge in both areas and you should be in good shape.
Java is Very Good,not only because you will good jobs in the beginning but also it is very easy to transfer your knowledge. Just try to stay on the enterprise side of Java.

In order to prepare for Mass comm entrance exam, I would suggest you to read a lot of news papers and go through books that are based on current affairs and also you need to mug the punch lines of famous brands, media channels and newspapers and also practice writing few debates or articles on current affairs. If possible also try and mug up the brand ambassadors of various companies.

Hi Aman,
I would suggest you that the most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing a program or a stream is your own interest and career aspirations. Although there are several courses which you can choose after your 12 in commerce stream like CA, CWA, B.Com, BBA, BFA, Actuarial Sciences but I would again say that choose the field which you feel passionate about as that would be the field in which you would be able to excel the most.
