Yes, technically it is feasible. But you must first evaluate how that is going to help you unless you want to shift your career to this field from English. I suggest you prepare and appear for the NET exam (held twice a year). When you clear it you will automatically make yourself eligible for Lecturership. NET exam can be given anytime in life. There is no age limit. Besides the preparation for it would help you in preparing yourself for the UPSC or PSC exams held by Central Govt and State Govt from time to time. Try to read Rozgar samachar (weekly paper0 regularly. With English subject you can go places.

I feel 'Better' Institute is an individual claim.There are mixed opinions about institutes any where in the country. You may personally get in touch with their alumni and enquire before you join an institute. I have come across and attended programmes in some institutes which they claim as students heaven and witnessed a quick end to the course after I have paid the final dues. But CCNA has a syllabus anyway.

Even though Stanford University does not have a minimum work experience requirement, they recommend people with 2 years of Full Time work experience to apply for their MBA program.
