It is difficult to say what would suit you better, since the Arena AAIP course is generalist and exposes you to more areas and software (like flash, graphic design, 3dsmax), GAD/ DMP/ VFX PRO course is specialist but covers less areas. Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience, etc.
But, still, to give you a brief idea,
* Junior animator or trainee : earn between Rs.10000 - 15000 per month.
