It is difficult to say what would suit you better, since the Arena AAIP course is generalist and exposes you to more areas and software (like flash, graphic design, 3dsmax), GAD/ DMP/ VFX PRO course is specialist but covers less areas. But, still, to give you a brief idea,
* Junior animator or trainee : earn between Rs.10000 - 15000 per month.
* With three to five years experience : earn between Rs. 25000 to 40000.
* Well-experienced animator with good portfolio : earn between Rs. 50000 - 60000 per month.
