As per your profile you may consider pursuing some of the below mentioned courses:
- MS in ECE.
- MS in Telecommunications.
- MS in Electronic Design Automation.
- MBA, etc.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in US, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Now coming to jobs, then please remember no course or university guarantee job to its students getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.

Software Testing is better in both sense: No of Opportunities and Less fees.
Hardware & Networking requires cost and opportunities are less however testing is part of Development activity and may require equal number of testers when compared with developers.

yes Btech +MBA is good but MBA is good when you do it from top business schools , and you have to give CAT test otherwise after some experience you can do executive MBA , correspondence MBA is not so much worth but executive MBA is worth but you can do it after some work experience this is specially for working professional and very helpful to get good appraisal in your job

To take admission you may directly contact the university officials as lateral entry rules differ from one university to another.
