1. This is a Certificate Course designed to impart knowledge at a basic level in computers for the common man.
2. Benefits: On successful completion of the course, the incumbent is enabled to use a computer for basic purposes of preparing personal/business letters, viewing information on Internet (the Web), sending mails, preparing business presentations. Small business communities, house-wives would be able to maintain their accounts using computers.
3. You can pick courses as per your choice.
4. No pre-requisite qualifications are required by candidates to undergo this course. An elementary knowledge of English is, however, expected of the candidates.
5. The total duration of the course is 80 hours, consisting of:
i) Theory 25 hours
ii) Tutorials 5 hours
iii) Practicals 50 hours
6. Institutes conducting any of the O/A/B/C Level accredited courses may conduct the Course on Computer Concepts. No separate accreditation is required for such institutes.
However, the institutes conducting the O/A/B/C Level accredited courses are required to inform DOEACC Society in writing and obtain permission before the commencement of the course.

English is very useful in study of MCA because all course material is in English we are not talking just about syllabus Like if you have to search answer of any question on internet then you need English,if you have to ask any question like you asked here then you need English. .And the way you have asked your question i think you must take any tuition of English .
I will advise you to join any English spoken center or any good institute for learning English.
For admission in MCA you need to qualify Entrance and you can only appear in entrance if you have maths in your 10 +2.

2) JNU MCA Entrance ( For Admission in Jawahar Laal Nehru University Delhi)

Hi,
If you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
As for Malaysia, you need to have a masters degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 3 years of work experience. Once you qualify NET, gain reasonable experience here in India and then proceed further.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.

Programming basics is essential if you wish to dwell into web development.
1. Python is considered one of the simplest language to learn for a complete beginner, syntax is easier to understand and the codes are slimmer than say Java or C++. But if you have the stomach and time to learn then Java or PHP is a wise choice.
2. When building web application you are almost certain will interact with data management, for that you need to understand how data manipulation process using SQL language.
3. Many web application elements have "framework" that can speed up your development process.
4. Understanding the core systems, extending the features, templates customization are the things a web developer need to build and configure with CMS (Content Management Systems).
5. Several platform available for you to start dive into RIA development, the popular among the lads are Flash+Actionscript, AdobeAIR, JavaFX, OpenLaszlo, Silverlight and of course Ajax.
6. As web developer you can take advantage by learning the API (which some social website share as open source) and start building application upon it.
You might be very genius in programming, but remember Bill Gates (okay this is a bad example), Steve Jobs or even Mark Zuckerberg will not be stinking rich right now if they didnt have the soft skills.

Well I may suggest you with the following options:-
Speak without Fear- Learning English requires practice. Don't let a little fear stop you from getting what you want.
Using as many different sources, methods and tools as possible, will allow you to learn faster.
Surround Yourself with English- Take notes in English, put English books around your room, listen to English language radio broadcasts, watch English news, movies and television.
You can expand your vocabulary and hear the flow of speech from the actors. If you listen to the music and even news to hear different accents.
Only by studying things like grammar and vocabulary and doing exercises, you can really improve your knowledge of any language.
Do Exercises and Take Tests in order to know how much you are progressing.
Record Yourself- It is good to compare your tapes from time to time.
Make a time plan and follow it strictly without any failure. Don't take it as a stress rather find enjoyment and fun while learning the language.
