Admission to most Bangalore University courses is based on merit in the qualifying examination. Additionally, Bangalore University accepts scores from national and state-level entrance exams like KCET, Karnataka PGCET, GATE, and UGC NET/CSIR NET for admission to their various courses.

Kashmir University offers admission to most of the courses based on entrance exam. The university conducts KUET for admission to UG and PG courses. The university also accepts scores in national-level entrance exams such as GPAT, UGAT, CUET, GATE, etc. for specific courses.

Candidates must have passed Class 12 to become eligible for the BA programme at NDA Pune.
