NUS is one of the good university in Singapore and offer various courses , since you have not mentioned any specific course name so in that case i cant tell you mch details. However in order to apply for the Master program in engineering you need to give GRE, IELTS/ TOEFL test .

Dear Akansha first u make sure what career u wanted to make. First of all u make sure that what u will get after that course. Doing a course should not be a concerned. I think every one who is studying for the better career. If u wanted to make ur career in Development line then ur programming skills must be good. Some other alternative field where u can make ur career plan like System Administration, Network Administration, Security Administration, Virtualization Administration, Database Administration.
