In order to start your radio station, i would advice you to first consult a person who has his own music studio or has an experience in working in a studio and operating the system, as the systems are usually the same like a DJ console, multiple CD players, etc.
You can purchase these items from a good music equipment shop, i would suggest you to search the net fi

Hi Shalini,
I would say before choosing a program or a course the most important thing you should keep in mind is its relevance in your career growth. Now keeping this in mind what is the relevance of short term computer course in your career in banking when you already have done tally 9. According to me the best option for you to make a career in banking sector would be MBA in Finance, that too from a reputed Institute, as a correspondence program doesnt hold much value for fresher or people with 1 year of work experience.
If you can not go for an MBA then you can opt for any of the financial certifications like CFA, CFP, ACCA, etc.
