Hi Sourabh
There would be no benefit of studying Computer diploma after completing B.Com.
And I am afraid a commerce stream student can not apply for Engineering course. You must have completed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to apply for the Engineering course.
Therefore it is not possible for you to apply for engineering. Candidates who have completed B.Sc can apply for B.tech but not the commerce stream candidates. I would suggest that you consider some other option.

They are now asking for a first class also for an appointment directly in the engineering colleges. For Government colleges, there will be a competitive examination also. They may ask for getting qualified in NET.Without 55+ in the PG exam, we need not expect for an appointment.

There is a tution fee waiver scheme for students but the criteria is annual family income. The fees are around 7 lacs for 2 years. Anand based SBI and Canara Bank easily gives the loans. 55,000 twice a year as tution fees.
22,000-25,000 as hostel fees which also has to be paid two times a year.
For sc/st category
