You might get into a tier -2 universities, if you had arrears (Backlogs) but have cleared them. However, if you have not cleared and still have arrears, its not possible to get admission.
Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are

Here in Christ, the specialization is chosen after the 1st two trimesters and it is NOT 1st come 1st serve basis. You are free to select any specialization you like.

No. their is no such process to get direct admission in MBA, special in good B School. To get admission in good B School have give CAT / CMAT / XMAT. And also their are more Test.
Insome of college you can get direct admission, but such college are not good in terms of placement, studies, infrastructure, faculty's, etc.
