Hi,
As you have completed your graduation, it would be advisable for you to work for some years and gain relevant and knowledgeable work experience and then apply for higher studies, as you have completed your undergraduate degree it would be advisable for you to pursue masters degree, so after working for some years you can opt to pursue MBA.
Please remember in the present day scenario, job situation in Canada and US is not very promising due to global economic turmoil and economic recession.

Its on candidate and interviewer, if both of your thinking matches then thinks go simple,
Once same question was faced by me and I said
"I Like to work with people, I like interact with them understanding them and i feel HR is best for it. etc"
In my case it worked and my luck was good i selected.
All you remember whatever reply you say its should from your Heart,
