If you are interested in the same field of Information Technology then better join MCA or M.Sc IT.
If you are not interested in continuing within the same field and want to change over and if you are good at management then go for MBA.
But I will suggest you to continue in the same field and to go ahead with MCA or M.Sc Information Technology.

Hi,
As per your query, I suppose you want to get in touch with any alumni or students who are currently pursuing MS, so for this it would be always advisable to browse through the present students and alumni link of a university you wish to study.
How ever please remember in order to pursue MS from US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
