First of all, i would like to say that you have an excellent profile with very good chances of getting admisison in this university.
Secondly, chances of scholarship are good, but scholarships never completely depends on your test scores. If you want to get a scholarship, you would need to frame a very impressive applicaiton, and frame a very impressive scholarship essay in which you would clearly mention your merits as well as your need for a scholarship.
Another thing, since you have not mentioned anything about TOEFL, i assume you have not taken the TOEFL. Take the TOEFL and target a score above 105-110 and apply for TOEFL schola
