Hi Deepak,
It is completely on the colleges discretion that whether it allows you to sit for the third year Examination after a gap of 3 years so, I would suggest you to contact your college authorities directly. If it doesnt allow you then you have to complete your graduation through correspondence and in all the probability you have to restart your degree. I would suggest you to contact few of the Open Universities like IGNOU to have further details on the same.

Hi,
The best universities for the Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences in Canada are University of Toronto, University of British Columbia and University of Vancouver. The test you would have to take in order to get admission in these universities are the GRE and the IELTS. The fees depends from university to university but you should keep an estimate of 40,000 CAD per year for Tuition+Living expenses.
Note: the above mentioned fees is not 100 percent accurate. It may be more or can be less as well.

Hi Harsh, the red river program in pharmaceutical manufacturing is one of the few such programs in North America. The training is top of the line and job prospects in the Pharma Industry is great. The indudstry in Winnipeg is relatively small but there are a number of companies in Ontario and Quebec. I recommend this program for anyone who is interested in having a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Check them out on the Colleg website www.rrc.mb.ca under full time programs.
