You can apply for 2 Full Time bachelor programs i.e. BBA, and Bachelor of commerce. Both would require you to take the IELTS. Atleast 7.0 band score would be required in the IELTS.
You can even apply for diploma programs, however, it would not be worth spending so much money for a diploma program.

The main objective of a journalist is to give relevant news and educate the mass population about what all is happening around them. Apart from good English you also have to be a good listener and an interpreter, so that you are able to convey exactly what is important for the people and how will it effect them. The best possible course for you would be Masters in Pharmacy. You can apply to University of Toronto and University of British Columbia as they are the best universities in Canada offering this course. You would be required to take the GRE and IELTS and score atleast 1400 in the GRE and 6.5 band score in the IELTS with a minimum score of 6 in each section.
