No Pragoon. The form will not be considered for the normal quota. A separate form has to be filled for both the categories.

The critical point to look at is whether it fits into your scheme of things and career plans. In the area of marketing communications, it no doubt provides excellent education and exposure. But that would be pointless if you didn't want to pursue a career in the said field. Therefore, first evaluate what is it that you wish to study and work in and select a college accordingly.
