Hello Ayush,
This is quite tough to answer. This is so because different countries have different yardsticks and there are no standard SOP's which are available against which the colleges can be checked. If you go to different Agencies sending students abroad for MS they will invariably support the countries in which they have become specialist. In every country there will be Institutions which will be at the top and which will be at the bottom. Truthfully speaking the information that you are seeking is very difficult to give. However, I wish you best of luck in your endeavour to go to the best of the lord for your MS.

As per the internet research, there is no negative marking for ISI Admission Test (for B.Math). The admission test is divided into two papers that consists of objective type questions in paper I and short answer type questions in Paper II. All the questions carry four mark each. The ISI Admission Test comprises of questions from analytical reasoning and other relevant subjects and fields with the topics of undergraduate level.

From last year onwards Tamil Nadu government has disbanded any entrance exam for admissions to different engineering courses.
