NTA is conducting NCHM JEE-2019 for B.Sc-HHA programme for admission in various IHMs located in India. The eligibility criteria is as under :-
Eligibility :- A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the
qualifying examination. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in NCHM JEE-2019 on provisional basis. The online registration process for NCHM-JEE-2019 has already been started from 15.01.2019. Another entrance exam is E-Chat for admission in 9-Iims located in Kolkota, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bangkok, Jaipur, Delhi and Banguluru. For more details, visit the official website iihm.ac.in.

You shall have to apply for the colleges from where you wish to pursue the course. You then have to download rank card and score card. Then you have to register for counselling on MCI site after which you will get date for filling the desire colleges. This was the procedure for 15% quota reservations. There will be complete schedule for registration, filling of colleges, declaration of results of counseling. For 85% seats u have to register for your state counselling either at their portal or offline. You will then be called for counselling. Do remember that you have the following documents ready for any counselling.

10 mark sheet
12 mark sheet
Rank card
Score card
Photo
Migration certificate
Provisional certificate
Character certificate

There are so many colleges in Delhi University which offers Admission in mass communication courses offered on the basis of both merit as well as entrance exams and the college are like:

3) lady Shri Ram College for Women
4) Kalindi College
5) Kamla Nehru College
6) Delhi College of Arts and Commerce
And there are some colleges which offer Hindi journalism course also. The names are given below:
