Its always good to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then apply for MBA, as it enhances the career prospects.
All the good B-schools definitely give weightage to candidates with work experience, so do not worry If you have full time work experience after graduation, and if you score well in the management entrance exams you can surely get admission in good B-schools.

I m completing my BE in June 2012.
Even i have been looking for a reputed college which offers a full time PGDM in tourism.
The best I could find was a govt institute IITTM, Gwalior. Theres no information abt this college on internet or even wikipedia. Doesnt appear in even top 100 of India.
