It is possible only when both the universities issue NOC. The problem in such cases is that the university where you are pursuing your degree, will be very reluctant to issue NOC as they would be loosing next three year's fees and a seat.

Hello @chayan22551,
Greetings!
Let me answer your query in one line:- "YES, you are eligible to enrol for the CFP certification program!"
The basic eligibility for a person to enrol for the CFP certification program is the XII std! And since you've already graduated, you are more than eligible to enrol for the CFP certification program. Here's the link, that affirms your eligibility to enrol for the program:- http://www.fpsbindia.org/Scripts/PathwaytoCFPCertification.aspx

It is based on what you prefer, In MMS the only difference is you will be getting a Degree certificate from Mumbai university. Some of the colleges offer a really good modified syllabus for PG course, which offer good corporte exposure and learning. The Institute matters the most, its placement record and ranking.
There is no reservation as such, but there will be a seperate cut-off list for HU( home university, i.e. students from mumbai university) and OHU( outside home university), with a difference in cut-off of about 10-15 marks.
