The slection process is based on your Personal interview round with Campus head.PIs are undertaken to check a candidates personality traits, Behaviour, Awareness, Communication skills, Reasoning ability, Flexibility, Leadership, Assertiveness, Initiative, Confidence, Creativity to name a few.In a Personal Interview apart from the personality traits an interviewer or the panel is interested in knowing about candidates academics, goals and self awareness level.a candidate is also checked on his analytical ability.And, About college timing, ITM provides weekend MBA program. especially Saturday (7 PM to 9 PM) & Sunday (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM).

Aditi, There are the fields of Vision and Design. Vision requires an ability to absorb knowledge and find new perspectives. Then the perspectives must be presented either as a Story or as a Commentary/ Documentary. This can also be translated into a New Product, a New Game, a Live Film, an Animation, or a New Graphic/ Illustration. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. They must read this http://bit.ly/SXc9GD. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Interiors, textile as well as Web Design rely on the same skills - your layout skills and color sense. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design, jewellery design, Acting, & Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching & imagination. At a similar level perches VFX as well as Motion Graphics which rely on one of your artistic skills - Cinematographic skills & imagination. Admission to IIMP- PGDM is through Indira Common Admission Process (ICAP) 2015
ELIGIBILITY
A candidate is declared eligible for PGDM Courses, if he/she has passed the degree examination of a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks and minimum 45% marks for backward class candidates from anywhere in India. Such candidate’s application must be accompanied with relevant caste certificates and non-creamy layer certificates at the time of confirming the admission. Absence of such certificates at the time of submitting the Admission application forms for admission to the course disqualifies them from reserved category seats, and such candidates will be considered for open/general category. Final year degree students, who have not received their result will be allowed to appear for the admission process, provided at the time of taking admission they have a certificate from their college/university about being a final year student awaiting result.
Valid tests for PGDM admissions 2015 are: CMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA
Candidate must have a valid score card of any of the above tests at the time of admission.
Shortlisting of candidates for admission will be based on: Indira Common Admission Process (ICAP) – 2015
Admission will be based on performance of candidates in following categories of ICAP:
Component IGI Weightages (%)
*Percentile score in Written Test of Identified Entrance Tests 50 % (150 Marks)
Group Discussion: 30 % (90 Marks)
Personal Interview: 20 % (60 Marks)

Surensdra, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. Wish you the best for your career.
