Yes they do provide hostel facilities. Its around 90000 annually. There's no mess facility provided by college but there are quite a few local mess facilities available at normal rates.

All regular courses will require you to attend classes and fulfill the minimum attendence requirement. I suggest you to take out time out of your schedule and plan your studies. An economics degree will definitely be a boon to your career.
