Difference between MBA and MMS:
MBA is a 2 year degree course that is designed to fulfill industry's demands and includes in depth study of subjects like accounting, marketing, finance, HR, operations, and project management.
MMS stands for Masters in Management Studies and is a 2 year management degree program that is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Yes you can change your college you just have to take transfer and migration certificate from your present university / college and submit it in the college where you want to take admission for more information you have to talk to your present college as well as other college where you want to get enrollment.

The department of HR in our college is good. We have maximum number of permanent faculty with an average of 20 years work experience in diverse fields which is a rare phenomena in B-schools today. The average salary of HR is around 4 lakhs and the highest in the last batch has been 4.5 lakhs.

You have to fill the form for PGDBM. Then you have to go through GDPI. Then you have a chance to get admission in NLDALMIA.There's no particular cut off for PGDBM as it takes into account your writing skills, GDPI performance and academics as well.
Last year cut off for MMS was around 95%le.
