It is very normal for students at this stage to make a decision what to study. Stick to your interest and passions and also decide what your future plans and career would be like to help you decide course. Interior designing has good scope. If you are planning to study abroad you can check PG Diploma courses in interior designing. For studies in India you may refer to this link

you can pass 1 module and start next one
there are exams every month for each module so earliest it can be completed in 5 months

Diploma is a short term course of 3 yrs but i suggest you to go for degree or masters as it will help u in ur job as well because most of the companies consider degree or master holder for the openings.

Abroad is a wide term. Procedure differs from campus to campus. You must take GRE to study in US and some universities in Canada. Not required in European countries mostly. You will find admission requirements on the university websites.

You can pursue MBA in which ever domain you feel your interest is in.However one thing that I would like to tell you is dont opt for MBA in biotech as some colleges offer that too.Doing both degree in remote domain will not help(atleast in india as of now) so go for any conventional mba course which you like.
