You have a whole year and above all the realization of not focussing well earlier, if you really wish and determined you can make up for the time lost. Start from 11th and 12th ncert books and practice the concepts thoroughly.
Make a study time table to devote time to each subject.
Identify your learning style and work accordingly.
Be attentive and motivated in your coaching classes to learn.
Dont hesitate in asking questions to ur peer group/ teachers.

As for which is better MBA or MiM.
Well i struggled through this dilemma when i was just graduating out of engineering college in 2012. I had heard about the MiM at that time, found the degree to be really interesting but then somehow in the rush of placements and the charm of a new job, forgot all about it.
Fast forward 2013, after about 1.5 years of working in a well respected company doing a core engineering job,

yes it is definitely better to do MBA in finance from IRM as the college provides best faculty of finance and placements for finance are also good enough. The average package is 3.5 lacs per annum and fee structure is 6 lakh and other information you can get from the college itself and its website too.

It is not possible to get in MMS. You can try for PGDM programme.
As last year cut off was around 106 marks.
