Choice between MBA / MTech or job is the most common dilemma facing B Tech graduates. If you intend doing MTech, it will better to continue with education. However if you plan to do MBA it will ideal to go for job and gain 3 to 4 years experience to maximize your careers benefits after MBA. This approach has a big challenge. While on job, you may not find right time and motivation to prepare for MBA exam and it may reduce your chances to get admission to tier I college.

Sociology will be a better option instead of Hindi as sociology is easier in comparison to Hindi as Hindi is a language and to do Master's in any language will always be tough if you will compare it with any other subject. Rest my suggestion will be that make your choice according to your interest because if you will choose subject according to your interest than it will be easy for you to learn.

Hello Swechcha, The admission to International college depends on your academic scores in your high school(9th to 12th) & not which school you did it from if its a CBSE (Standard board) certified & issues you the necessary school reports, letter of references & Transcripts.
