As M.Sc Microbiology is a Masters level programme, definitely preference would be given to a student having a degree rather than a Diploma. Moreover a student with a Microbiology degree can always enter the field of clinical research.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

Hi Vivek,
It would primarily depend on your wife's interest that which field does she wants to enter, if she wants to continue with her teaching profession I would suggest that she should go for B.Ed and get into School teaching. As she has less score in her Masters she would not be able to sit for NET. Another option could be PhD which will help her if she wants to get into lectureship.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

Hi Dhruvin, the tuition fee may vary from course to course. But on an average if you get the fee subsidized then it will fall in the range of Euro 14-500 per semester.
Living cost - Euro 740 per month.
Work regulations : during studies you are allowed to work for 90 full days or 180 half days. After completion of the course you are allowed to stay in the country for 1 year to find a suitable employment for yourself after which you can convert your student visa to residence visa for gainful employment.
I have not understood the question further.
