Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

Your question seems incomplete as it does not clearly mentions to what you are inquiring about but then assuming you are keen to pursue a career in banking field, you can definitely take it up as a career option, but then there are very few institutes in India offering degree courses like B.Com in Banking specialization or other related ones.
To know about the institutes offering Banking courses, refer to the following link:

First thing I would say there are very few institutes in India who provide Integrated MBA programmes, secondly, it is a very intensive programme and, you should opt for this programme only if you can do justice to it. Few of the institutes which you can try for integrated MBA are:
Amity University
JNTU, Hyderabad
University Of Lucknow
Kurukshetra University
Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore
VIT University Vellore
Maharishi Dayananda University, Rohtak
Few of the other Institutes giving integrated MBA in combination with B.Tech programs are IIT Mumbai, Kharagpur & BITS.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries I
