Hi Amit,
There are several institutes in India which are offering Tally courses but providing information about the project work on this platform would be quite a task as this is an education portal.
You may consider contacting the Tally institute to see if the same can guide you:

Hi,
There are many jobs available in the fields related to ECE branch and to get information about the same I would suggest you to upload your resume on job portals like Naukri.com and await for responses or may apply to the vacancies directly.
But getting in IT will mean changing your field and this may be a little difficult as the sectors like software development and testing requires a lot of coding, which is quite technical and requires a basic education in the same.
You can take courses in IT field related to the sector you plan to work and then apply for IT jobs.

Hi Aman, finding a job is completely in your hands. The Universities abroad provide assistance to find a job but there are no campus placements like we have in India. You get assistance from the career and placement cell to prepare your CV, they help you prepare for the interview, and also inform you of the vacancies in the vicinity. You will need to make good use of the facilities and opportunities provided.

Hi Viju, if you do so what will you show the High Commission that you have been doing all this while. And if you have been studying some other subject, how will you relate it with MBBS?
To study for MBBS abroad you will need to obtain eligibility certificate from MCI.
