Good Academic record means a lot but it doesnt mean that u cant join a good mba college. You hv to score high in entrances like CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT and have to perform well in gd/pi/ca/wat. Chances of getting IIMs depends on academic records very much. So try hard to score well in entrances. All the best.
