It would help if you could specify as to which course you intend to pursue as the choice of colleges/ Universities will depend on that. On the broader side in the US Universities of California, Texas, MIT, Harvard, in UK Universities of Sheffield, Coventry, Oxford, LSE, Bedfordshire and in Australia, Deakin, Universities of Wollongong, Melbourne, RMIT are some of the ones you can try.

First we discuss basics of these courses:
BCA= Computer based & General Business/Accounting etc
BBA= Business & General Computer Accounting etc
B.Com= All about Commerce/Account/Business & Computer etc
BBM= Business Management
So here i suggest B.Com, its related to many sectors as well as you may appear in MBA after B.Com. In MBA you may clear all concept about BBA & BBM. So now you take design as your desire.

Both the courses give you different field to work and scope of your career. If you go for BCA you will have more opportunities than B.Com as it will give you technical knowledge as well as candidature for most of the govt. sector jobs.
