To get admission in NITs you need to take JEE mains exam. The form for the same is available around Dec-Feb. Please visit the official JEE site for exact dates. You should have PCM in 12th as subjects and should score well in both 12th and JEE mains.

You need to understand there is no corporate where u find only IIM pass out handle the management level and IIM is not only institution who give best candidate . Norsee munjai, Isb and other few institution degree having value in all over world .There is no doubt IIm having different level of study but in the other hand depend on student caliber , knowledge and IQ level. That type student can get good placement and growth in future not in the name of IIM degree but in the name of his knowledge and personality.
