Being in line with your diploma in EEE you should be going for B.Tech in your relevant stream. As it would further enhance you in your field and there will be better opportunities available after B.Tech. Moreover you will be getting direct admission to second year of engineering i.e., lateral entry in B.Tech. You will have to check that out with University you are applying to as each has their own terms and process, in general, Australia does not offer full scholarships like the US and at the most you may get a reduction in fees to the extent of a few thousand dollars.

Bhanu, the placement figures of B-schools sometimes include joining bonuses and shares etc . It depends on what the recruiter has offered. If the recruiter includes these perks in their offer then the B-school will present that only, otherwise not.
