B.Com (Hons) is a 3-year full-time undergraduate course, the minimum eligibility for which is HSC (10+2) with a minimum aggregate score of 45%. The programme is spread over 6 semesters, with the final semester based on the candidate's chosen stream of study.
B.Com (Hons) Eligibility: Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to have completed the 10+2 level of education from a recognised educational board with commerce subjects and with a minimum aggregate score of 45%. Hence Maths is not compulsory.

The advantage of integrated courses is that the students don't have to worry or give entrance exam after completion of the first part since admissions into second part is guaranteed. When you are seeking admission in integrated M.Tech course there is only one exam initially for admission in B.Tech.

Dear Navin,
You have completed B.Tech in the year 2015. So, your university through your college would have provided you with the provisional certificate after a few weeks of results declaration, degree certificate is provided during the convocation ceremony of the college/university. If you have applied in absentia it would have been dispatched to your address of communication provided in your application form. Might be not delivered due to various reasons. Approach the college/university for the same.

For admission in IITs, 75% minimum is required in class 12th. Hence your admission here is ruled out. You should make an attempt for admission in one of the colleges in Bihar.

If you are asking about B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Lateral Entry) at LPU, it is 3 years of duration program and the eligibility criteria is as under:
Eligibility Criteria (qualifying exam): Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 yrs after 10+2 (Non-Medical), B.Sc (Non-Medical) or B.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
Course fee: INR 90,000/ per semester.
The other option is dual program also known as Diploma+B.Tech in ECE and the eligibility criteria is as under.
