Yes, you can include 'Fine Arts' and 'Physical Education' in your 'Best Four Subjects' (BFS) but please mind the fact that you will face deduction of some percentage from your best four subject percentage.
* You MUST include the marks of 'English' in your BFS without fail since you are applying for English (H). The subject you are pursuing as your major/degree must be included in your BFS in DU. If you aren't able to include English in BFS then you will face deduction of 1-3% from your BFS%.
