Hi Amit,
As you are confused between Digital Advertising and GMAT. I would say that Digital advertising is a part of adverting that promotes or marketing via internet and world wide web! And as far as GMAT is concerned, it is a management entrance exam usually given for seeking admission in colleges abroad. However, few Indian institutes also consider it.
