Once you are commissioned you can not appear for Civil Services unless you resignation is accepted by President of India. Yes there are good chances of you getting admission in Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute. Last year the cut-off was 74 percentile for open category in the last CAP round. All the best.

Well, the top companies like L&T, deloitte, kpmg etc are choosy about the people they hire and keep stringent filters in there of marks and performance, you may not get shortlisted them. The other companies should not cause issues with the marks as long as you satisfy their selection criteria. ACM has a good chance of placement as it is the flagship programme. Good luck.
