For getting a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from a foreign university, the best course of action is to go abroad for doing engineering. There is no point of getting admission in an engineering college in India. Though there are some colleges which do say in their prospectus that they have tie up with some foreign Universities and that the students will get a foreign degree after they complete 4 years of their engineering as for two years they will be sent abroad or spend abroad studying in the university with which they have tie up. But The authenticity of such institutes is always in doubt. Hence, the best option is to go abroad and do your desired engineering.
